What does Tazkeys offer? 

 

We offer a comprehensive hospitality management service which includes pricing optimisation, calendar management, guest vetting, cleaning and laundry service and consumables management.  Or we can be completely flexible should you need our services for either just a meet and greet or say a cleaning and laundry service only?  You can put your feet up and let us deal with the hassle. 

Why should I choose Tazkeys?

Tazkeys is a personal operation that means the guest and host receive personalised attention.  You'll find that in the property management industry the bigger the company the more watered down the service.  I respond to every enquiry myself.  It's a one point of contact service.    

Am I tied to a contract?

No. There are no 'Tie in' contracts. You can cancel our agreement at any time. Though be mindful that any advanced bookings will need to be honoured.

How flexible are your services?

Completely flexible. Im just a call or email away. let us know what your needs are and we will see if we can tailor a service to fit your needs.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. A complete breakdown of your account will be displayed on your monthly statement.

What are Tazkeys objectives?

Tazkeys offer a flexible yet comprhensive service model in hosting management. Our aim is to give the guest the best possible experience while staying at your property. Thus ensuring a high standard in reviews and an ongoing profitable and hassle free service to you the client.

Where do you currently operate?

We currently service Hobart and its outer suburbs. But if you have a property outside this area contact us we will see if we can find a solution for you.

How will you optimise my listing?

Tazkeys monitor listings on a day to day basis, by closely monitoring factors such as local visitor numbers, seasonal changes and local events etc. We adjust the structure of the listing resulting in optimum occupancy rates and ensuring your listing performs to it's fullest potential.

When do I get paid?

At the end of every month you will receive an itemised invoice detailing the income, fees and outgoings and the balance will be transferred to your nominated bank account.

How are the guests supported?

Tazkeys do everything possible to ensure guests have a great experience from they first enquire to their departure from your property. We are on hand 24/7 to assist with any enquiry during their stay.

Do I have a say in the house rules?

Of course! We can add any criteria you might want to include in our default house rules. We are always open to hearing suggestions on how we can make your guest's experience more enjoyable.
